Item found after 10 days of claim. Would be nice to talk to a human
My item was found. I am hopefully getting it back by mail so that is the plus. I found the interface a bit difficult to navigate. The portal did not let you contact an individual so portal was only contact so you can not ask it for clarification. It would be better with direct o contact when potential match found. 10 days after filing claim it seems the item is found today. Hopefully accessories are still there too. No way of knowing as not possible to interact with a human .

About the delay, we are sorry but it depended on you. We asked for the serial number on the 2nd february and you answered only one week after. But your package was sent as soon as you paid.
