Really Bad
Very slow, only online and the lost and found center only is for pick up, you can’t even go inside and ask, not only that, there is no airport service center to ask a person for an object lost in the airport.

Hello, We thank you for your review. We are glad our service was helpful. We find your review a bit harsh because your item has given to the lost and found by another passenger on the 19th february at 4.50 pm and the desk alerted you on the same day at 4.51 pm. You only replied on the 20th february at 1.54 pm. About the online part of the process, yes, everything is online to avoid a long waiting line and chaos at the lost and found desk since CDG is one of the biggest airport in the world and thousands of thousands of peoples go throught the airport everyday so it would be impossible to manage all those people at one desk. However, the desk is still open to some passengers if you call in advance. We take however note of your remarks and forward it to the desk so they can offer a better handling of the urgent cases.
